In 2019, our team put our passion for perfection to work by completing a community-wide renovation and restoration project, designed to update and upgrade nearly every detail of our residents’ lives at home. We’re proud to share that our residents are beginning the new year with newly renovated and stylishly redesigned apartment homes that truly inspire.
Our renovation was a true labor of love, bringing a lighter, brighter color scheme to the rooms and halls of our building. We brought in cozy, new furnishings and stylish light fixtures and replaced carpet with gleaming, luxury plank flooring. Our updating didn’t stop with our property, but extended to our social and events calendar, which we adjusted to include a variety of fresh activities and an exciting new partnership with Tidewater Arts Outreach.
